AEQUYN / INFORMATION
Privacy
Private-beta applications collect name, email, country or region, a broad investable-assets range, asset categories and the objectives/context you choose to provide. Authorized operators review this information for beta selection and product research. Applications do not create product access. Do not include credentials, bank details, government IDs or exact holdings. Optional intake measurement records only an anonymous event identifier, event name and time, separately from application answers; it is off by default. Intake data is stored in the existing Supabase project and is not sent to third-party analytics.
Aequyn stores account authentication data through Supabase, together with your holdings, preferences, forecasts, context, strategy research and paper activity. These records support the private workspace and model evaluation. AEQUYN also stores your objective, private visit comparison snapshots and feedback. Optional internal usage measurement is off by default and stores only named product actions and times when you enable it in Settings; no external analytics provider is connected.
Market providers receive requested symbols, not your holding quantities. Server credentials are never sent to your browser. The browser maintains an authentication session.
Controller identity, contact address, lawful bases, retention periods, international transfers, deletion handling, processors and complaint rights require owner confirmation. This draft does not establish those facts. Public launch remains blocked until they are completed.
Review and requests
No operator identity, customer-support address, retention schedule or legal jurisdiction has been approved in this draft. The owner must supply these before inviting users. Contact details must not be fabricated.
Beta limitations: no account-deletion self-service is implemented; the owner must establish a verified request and deletion process covering authentication, portfolio records, model archives, paper activity and backups. Legal retention exceptions must be documented.
